Do What exactly does “Made to Order” mean?

All items indicated as made to order items are exactly that! Made to order. When your order is put in is when we start fabrication.

Why are there long lead times for certain products?

These particular items that are made to order, and because of that fabrication times can be longer. Depending on product scope, fabrication time may vary.

Do you provide installation for your products?

These particular items that are made to order, and because of that fabrication times can be longer. Depending on product scope, fabrication time may vary.One:One does not provide installation services for our products. We focus on providing high-quality products at competitive prices, and we leave the installation process to our customers or third-party service providers.

We understand that installation can be a complex and time-consuming process, and we want to ensure that our customers have the flexibility to choose the best installation option for their needs. Therefore, we provide detailed installation instructions and support resources to help our customers complete the installation process themselves or with the help of a qualified installer.

If you are not comfortable with installing our products yourself, we can recommend some local contractors in Ontario or you can reach out to a qualified individual who specializes in the installation of similar products. They can provide you with a quote for their services and ensure that the installation is completed to your satisfaction.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damages or issues that may arise during the installation process, and we recommend carefully following the installation instructions and safety guidelines provided with our products. If you have any questions or concerns about installation, our customer service team is available to assist you.

What are some recommended standard care procedures for my rack?

Clean rack regularly, especially after working out. Use a environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable cleaner (i.e. Simple Green) for best results. Equipment should NOT be left outside unless it was created to do so. Check Safety Accessories (J-Hooks, Safety Straps, and Spotters) before use, contact us immediately if anything is unusual or broken. If you have any questions on how to use a specific piece of equipment, please contact us via phone or email to ensure proper use.

My order indicated “does not ship to this destination”

Due to the size of the item you are selecting, this item is required to be shipped on a pallet with LTL Freight shipping. Please reach out info@onetoonemanufacturing.com and a member of our team with reach out to help fulfilled your order.

What is included in the Limited Lifetime Warranty?

One:One stands behind the quality of our work and offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all structural steel material, equipment frames, and welding integrity when used as intended as applicable to the original purchaser (non-transferable).
The customer bears the responsibility of contacting One:One with the pertinent information as the condition of the equipment. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty One:One will be responsible for replacement of defective products/parts

How should I expect my equipment to be delivered?

Shipping of equipment will vary based on size and weight of the order. Majority of the items available on the One:One website will be shipped with a standard courier. Larger items which are required to be shipped on a pallet will be coordinate with a member of our team.

Can I add other attachments to One:One Rack?

Our One:One rack are built with expansion and functionality in mind, our modular system ensures that all of our standard attachments are made to fit 3’’ x 3’’ racks.
Our rigs / racks are engineering using ¾’’ structural hardware. Aftermarket attachments with that fit 3’’ x 3’’ racks and utilize 5/8’’ or ¾’’ hardware will fit all standard one:one power racks / rigs.
