The One:One QI (Quality In) bar is a 20kg (45lbs) multipurpose strength and conditioning bar. Featuring 195k heat-treated steel with a 28.5mm thick shaft, bright zinc finish, medium grip knurling with IWF knurl marks (no center knurling or powerlifting marks) and, composite bushings with snap-ring sleeve assembly.
It is the perfectly balanced bar for everyday strength training, functional fitness, or whatever you need it to do!
